Tiny Harbor Town is a cozy management sim with no pressure and no fail state. You expand a little coastal village, arrange shops and docks, and keep villagers happy by meeting simple requests.

The charm is in the details. Boats come and go on schedule, weather changes the mood of the harbor, and there's a quiet satisfaction in laying out a town that just works. It's the game I keep open while doing something else.

Progression slows in the mid-game, and you'll wait on timers eventually. It never demands attention, which is exactly the point.
